Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final, except where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection.
Incorrect colour selection.
Personal preference or dissatisfaction with a design that matches the product listing.
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Clear photographs showing the damage, defect or incorrect item.

Returning an Item
If a return is approved, the original item must be sent back to Nasty Mouth.
We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Important Information
Items must not be intentionally damaged, altered or excessively worn in order to qualify for a resolution.
Our seven-day reporting period is intended to help us investigate and resolve order issues promptly. It does not limit any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
